Refund and Returns Policy
At Tasty Fish & Chicken, every meal is freshly prepared to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products once they’ve been served, picked up, or delivered. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we handle every concern with care and fairness.
1. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them, provided food preparation hasn’t begun.
- Once the cooking process starts, cancellations are not possible.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- You received the wrong order.
- Your food is damaged, spoiled, or missing items.
- You are charged incorrectly due to a system or billing error.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number and receipt
- Photos (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Returns
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept food returns once it has left the restaurant premises or been delivered.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team for assistance.
